The Fair Flyer's Photo Album Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Snowpity, Inc., 10450 Turkey Lake Rd #690065, Orlando, FL, 32869-0065, USA (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp or Mastodon GmbH.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years old or older at time of entry (“Entrant”). Directors, officers and employees of Snowpity, Inc. and each of their immediate families and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to win any prizes. Individuals who have been restricted from attending Snowpity, Inc. events are not eligible to win any prizes. Individuals who use multiple accounts to enter or post multiple entries a day are not eligible to win any prizes. Entries must be compliant with the Mare Fair Code of Conduct (https://marefair.org/coc/) to be considered eligible.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 3:00 pm and ends Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 11:59 pm (all times in these Official Rules are Eastern Time).
How to Enter: Limit one (1) entry per person. To enter, you must: (1) have an X Account or Mastodon account (if you do not have an X Account you can register for one at https://x.com/. If you don’t have a Mastodon account you can register one at https://pone.social or an equivalent federated Mastodon instance); (2) sign in to your X Account or Mastodon account; and (3) Reply to the Mare Fair X account (https://x.com/MareFairCon) or the Mare Fair Mastodon account (https://pone.social/@MareFair) with the hashtag “#MareFair” along with one of the following valid entries: (a) A photograph taken at a previous Mare Fair event, with or without a corresponding description of the photograph, (b) a description of a story or an experience that occurred at a previous Mare Fair event, or (c) a description of what the entrant is looking forward to or planning for at this year’s Mare Fair event.
Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without posting on X or Mastodon, send your name, address, email, and the words “Fair Flyer’s Photo Album Sweepstakes Entry” to PO Box 690065 Orlando, FL 32869-0065, USA postmarked by June 2, 2026 and received by June 5, 2026.
Selection of Winners: On or about June 5, 2026, a random draw will take place to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible Entries to award the Prize. The potential winner will be notified by X direct message or Mastodon direct message on or about June 5, 2026. To claim the prize, the potential winner must follow the instructions contained in the notification and respond within five (5) days.
Prize:
(a) There will be a total of one (1) Prize (“Prize”) awarded. The prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a Mare Appreciator badge, valid for entry at Mare Fair 2026 from August 28, 2026 to August 30, 2026.
(b) The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Badge is Six Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($625).
(c) Badge must be picked up from August 28, 2026 – August 30, 2026 or Prize will be forfeited.
(d) Odds of winning the prize depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizes not claimed within five (5) days after delivery of notification may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor and Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one (1) prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Identity of Entrant: In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, Sponsor may declare an entry to have been made by the authorized account holder of the X account or Mastodon account used for the entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an X account by X Corp or a Mastodon account by Mastodon GmbH. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the X account or Mastodon account associated with the winning entry.
Entrant’s Personal Information: Information collected from US residents is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://marefair.org/privacy/. In addition, except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes by any means constitutes permission. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you also acknowledge and agree that if you are the prize winner, then as required by applicable law, your personal information may be shared with regulators, including, without limitation, your legal name, contact information, address, and prize description.
Additional Terms and Conditions: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. Sponsor shall not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules or to terminate this Sweepstakes.
Any delay or failure of Sponsor to perform its obligations under these Official Rules, including, without limitation, with respect to fulfillment of the prize or any part thereof, shall be excused to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by an event or occurrence beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, actions by governmental authorities, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, inclement weather, pandemic, natural disasters, riots, wars, terrorism, or labor disputes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. By entering, entrants certify that they have complied with these Official Rules and are eligible to win.
