Promoter

This promotion (“the Giveaway”) is organised by Ubervape.co.uk (“the Promoter”).
Registered business address: Vapeserve Ltd, Unit E10 Harlow Business Centre, Harlow, CM19 5AF.

Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Proof of age may be required before dispatch of any prize or qualifying product.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Promotional Period

• The promotion runs from Monday to Sunday every week (“the Promotional Period”).
• Purchases made after 23:59 GMT on Sunday will be entered into the following weeks Giveaway.

How to Enter

• To enter, customers must leave a Product Review during the Promotional Period.
• Each qualifying Product Review automatically provides one (1) entry into the prize draw.
• Multiple entries are permitted — one entry per review, limited to ten per customer per Promotional Period.

Entry Confirmation

• Each qualifying review will receive a unique raffle ticket code, emailed by the following Wednesday of each Promotional Period.
• Customers are advised to keep their raffle code safe, as it will be used to identify the winning entry.

Prize Details

• There is one (1) prize to be won: Updated Weekly - See above..
• The prize is supplied by Vapeserve Ltd.
• The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted for cash or credit, in whole or in part.

Prize Draw

• The prize draw will take place on the subsequent Wednesday of each week.
• The winner will be selected at random using RandomPicker, an independent random draw platform ensuring fairness and transparency.
• Each entry has an equal chance of winning.
• The winning raffle code, along with the surname of the purchaser, will be publicly announced on the Ubervape website and/or social media channels.
• If the entrant wishes to use an alias instead of their surname in the public announcement, they must inform the Promoter by email before 23:59 GMT on Sunday of the Promotion Period. Requests received after this date cannot be accommodated.

Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of purchase within 2 working days of the draw date.
• The winner must respond within 14 days to confirm acceptance of the prize.
• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General Terms

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain false information may be disqualified.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical faults, postal delays, or any other issues beyond its control.
• The promotion and prize are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters related to the Giveaway is final and binding.
• Product reviews are in addition and not related to service reviews left with Trusted Shops.

Data Protection

• Personal data supplied for the purposes of this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• Entrants’ information will only be used for the administration of this promotion and prize fulfilment.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
