Protocolo de sorteio

RandomPicker é um sistema independente que ajuda na realização de sorteios de base aleatória. Pode ser usado na selecção de vencedores de concursos, lotarias, etc. O serviço não fomenta qualquer tipo de competição ou sorteio, consiste apenas um software para a escolha de valores aleatórios.
Este registo público mostra os detalhes de cada sorteio para provar que foi justo. Temos uma série de medidas em vigor para evitar a batota e garantir resultados justos. Pode verificar a imparcialidade do sorteio analisando os pormenores abaixo. Os participantes também podem utilizar a funcionalidade de pesquisa abaixo para ver se foram incluídos no sorteio.

One chance to win per account/participant. If same account has been featured more than once, only one entry will enter the random draw.  

Submitted photo/reel must have been taken in 2025 to opt to win the prize(*). Otherwise prize will go to next potential winner in list (Candidate 1, Candidates 2, …. )

If the Candidate link is a Carrousel with more than one photo/reels, the first photo/reel and additionally at least >50% of post’s photos/reels must have been taken in 2025 and comply with rest of contest rules.

 

One chance to win per person.

 

(*) After Candidates announcement, during post-verification,During post-announcement verification failure to comply with Contest Eligibility Rules or to reply within 72 hours and complete registration despite prior requests may result in prize revocation. The next eligible participant in the ranking will then be awarded.

“4. Are ineligible to win ROUND $100 (cash) prize random raffled:
Winners of $100 (cash) prize during the current contest year.
Winners of #1 Best Photo or #1 Best Amateur Photo during the current contest year
Winners of Product Awards during the current contest year 

….

Cash prizes are not accumulative during the year: for any winner already receiving for any reason any sponsorship, prize or compensation during the year by Luca Memorial, the already received cash sponsorship, prize, or compensation will be deducted from the new prize, and only the additional part (if any) will be awarded to the winner. Prizes are not accumulative, if the same person wins more than one cash prize, only the maximum prize will be awarded.”

The Winner will be the first reel in the listing  (Candidate 1, Candidate 2, … ) complying with all above rules and criteria.

If one photo/reel/ author does not comply, option to win pass to next Candidate in list.

If none in list are valid winners, random pick shall be repeated.
If a prize assignment is forfeited and no eligible candidates remain on the list, the prize will be carried over to the next round. If no further rounds remain in the year, the prize will be raffled among the Finalists participating in the final phase of the annual FINALE, adhering to the same NON-REPEAT rules as the original prize raffle.

Pode validar a sua participação pela entrada da sua identificação no campo de pesquisa abaixo. Tenha em consideração que não foi necessária a submissão de qualquer informação pessoal sua ao RandomPicker quando o responsável de projecto importou os participantes. Irá necessitar de saber como foi identificado (chave, password, referência, etc.). Visualize a tabela dos vencedores acima onde existe uma coluna de Identificação – irá necessitar de saber um mesmo tipo de identificador. Caso não o saiba terá de questionar o responsável do projecto.
