One chance to win per account/participant. If same account has been featured more than once, only one entry will enter the random draw.
Submitted reel must have been taken in 2025 to opt to win the prize(*). Otherwise prize will go to next potential winner in list (Candidate 1, Candidates 2, …. )
One chance to win per person.
(*) During post-verification, failure to comply with the Contest Eligibility Rules for the author and/or reel may result in prize revocation. In that case, the next eligible Candidate in the ranking will be awarded.

NOTE: to some extent known already ineligible candidates might have been removed from random pick listing, to minimize generating false expectations for them.
