Submitted reel must have been taken in 2025 to opt to win the prize(*). Otherwise prize will go to next potential winner in list (Candidate 1, Candidates 2, …. )
One chance to win per person.
(*) During post-verification, failure to comply with the Contest Eligibility Rules for the author and/or reel may result in prize revocation. In that case, the next eligible Candidate in the ranking will be awarded.

“4. Are ineligible to win ROUND $100 (cash) prize random raffled:
Winners of $100 (cash) prize during the current year contest.
Winners of #1 Best Photo or #1 Best Amateur Photo during the current year contest.
Winners of Product Awards during the current year contest.

Cash prizes are not accumulative during the year: for any winner already receiving for any reason any sponsorship, prize or compensation during the year by Luca Memorial, the already received cash sponsorship, prize, or compensation will be deducted from the new prize, and only the additional part (if any) will be awarded to the winner. Prizes are not accumulative, if the same person wins more than one cash prize, only the maximum prize will be awarded.”

The Winner will be the first reel in the listing (Candidate 1, Candidate 2, … ) complying with all above rules and criteria.
If one reel/ author does not comply, option to win pass to next Candidate in list.
If none in list are valid winners, random pick shall be repeated.
