Mammoth Storage 20th Anniversary Giveaway
Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. The promoter is Mammoth Storage (ABN: 55 121 691 156) of 14/380 Mons Road, Forest Glen, 4556, QLD, Australia (“Promoter”).
1.2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The promotion is open to all residents of Queensland aged 18 years and over.
1.4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
1.5. The promotion commences on September 15, 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on November 6th, 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
2. How to Enter
Customers with an active storage unit rental agreement whose accounts are paid up-to-date as of November 6th, 2025, will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
Customers who make a 12-month advance payment on their storage unit rental agreement during the Promotional Period will automatically receive twelve (12) entries into the draw.
2.3. New Customers:
Customers who successfully sign a new storage unit rental agreement with Mammoth Storage during the Promotional Period and pay their first month storage before November 6th, 2025, will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
New customers who make a 12-month advance payment when signing their new rental agreement during the Promotional Period will automatically receive twelve (12) entries into the draw.
2.4. A limit of one (1) entry method per customer applies. A customer cannot receive both a single entry for being paid up-to-date and multiple entries for paying 12 months in advance.
3. Prize Draw
3.1. The prize draw will be conducted at Mammoth Storage Head Office, 14/380 Mons Road, Forest Glen, 4556, QLD, Australia at 12:00 PM AEST on November 7th, 2025.
3.2. The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw from all eligible entries.
3.3. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Prize
4.1. The prize is $20,000 AUD, to be awarded as a cash prize.
4.2. The prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
4.3. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
5. Winner Notification
5.1. The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
5.2. The winner’s first name will be published on the Mammoth Storage website (www.mammothselfstore.com.au) within five (5) business days of the draw.
5.3. If the prize is unclaimed after three (3) months, a redraw will be conducted at the same place as the original draw.
6. Privacy
6.1. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
6.2. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use their personal information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
7. Liability
7.1. The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
