Terms and Conditions for Referral Raffle

1. Organizer
This trade promotion is organized by 45Coman Pty Ltd T/a Finseek located at Suite 3 707 Mount Alexander Road Moonee Ponds VIC 3039

2. Eligibility

• The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and over who reside in Australia.
• Employees of 45Coman Pty Ltd T/a Finseek, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the raffle are not eligible to participate.
• Referrals must be genuine clients referred to 45Coman Pty Ltd T/a Finseek between 12:00 AM AEDT on October 1, 2024 and 11:59 PM AEDT on October 31, 2024.

3. How to Enter

• Each eligible entrant will receive one (1) raffle ticket for each valid client referral made during the active raffle period.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an entrant can make.
• Referrals must include complete contact details (name, phone number, and email) of the referred client.
• Entries are automatically generated for each valid referral made within the promotional period.
• No entry fee is required to participate, and no purchase is necessary.

4. Prize

• The prize is valued at $250 and consists of Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer - AF300.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5. Draw Details

• The raffle will be drawn at 12:00 PM AEDT on November 1, 2024, at Suite 3 707 Mount Alexander Road Moonee Ponds VIC 3039.
• The draw will be conducted at random, and the first valid entry drawn will be declared the winner.
• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during entry within 48 hours of the draw.
• The winner’s name will be published on 45Coman Pty Ltd T/a Finseek for at least 28 days.

6. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must claim the prize within 28 days of being notified.
• If the prize is not claimed within 28 days, 45Coman Pty Ltd T/a Finseek] reserves the right to redraw the raffle and select an alternate winner.
• The winner will not incur any costs to accept the prize, except for any minor expenses (such as travel).

7. Limitation of Liability

• 45Coman Pty Ltd T/a Finseek is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the entrant as a result of participating in this raffle or accepting the prize.

8. Record Keeping

• Records of this raffle, including entries, prize distribution, and winner details, will be kept for a minimum of three years as required by law.

9. Governing Law

• This trade promotion raffle is governed by the laws of Victoria and complies with the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) rules.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and notifying the winner, in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
