Official Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Potty Training Dropouts LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, current social media promoters and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Potty Training Dropouts LLC, located at 1901 Caldwell BLVD #1020 Nampa, Idaho 83686.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 14, 2025 at 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time and ends on June 14, 2025 at 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
You may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:
Online Entry: Visit ptdropouts.com during the Sweepstakes Period and order any items from the catalog or shop page to receive entries automatically. Entries per item will be listed on the product page.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Mail a legibly handwritten entry including your full name, any alias or additional information you prefer, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Entries must be postmarked no later than June 12, 2025 and received by June 14, 2025 at 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time
Limit one (1) entry per stamped letter, regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
5. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
Grand Prize(s): One (1) Your Little Space Co. Adult Sized Twin XL Crib (in light grey) discreetly shipped to winner's home (unassembled) - $3350 USD
Second Prize(s): One (1) Your Little Space Co. Adult Sized High Chair (in light grey and blue) discreetly shipped to winner's home (unassembled) - $1000 USD
Third Prize(s): A Potty Training Dropouts Giftcard and One (1) Potty Training Dropouts Swag bag containing one or all of the following: BeddyByes Diapers, Stuffed Animals, Blanket, Stickers and/or Hoodie - $160
Fourth-Tenth Prize(s): One (1) Potty Training Dropouts Swag bag containing one or all of the following: BeddyByes Diapers, Stuffed Animals, Blanket, Stickers and/or Hoodie - $60
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,930
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner's are unable to receive their prize, accommodations may be offered at the Sponsor and Winner's discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted via the certified drawing app RandomPicker.com on or about June 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
For Canadian residents, selected entrants must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of receiving a prize.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via email or other contact information provided at the time of entry within 72 hours of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within 10 days and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and other required documents. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Taxes and Fees
All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will pay for shipping and delivery of prizes.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of first name, last initial and city/state/province solely for the purpose of publicly identifying winners. No additional personal information, likeness, photographs, or statements will be used for promotional or advertising purposes without the winner's explicit written consent.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the CCPA and PIPEDA. All data will be deleted within thirty (30) days after prize fulfillment. All personal information will be removed and not sold, shared or offered to any other parties outside this platform and event.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
13. Winner List
To obtain a list of winners (first name, last initial, city and state/province), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: PTD, 1213 Jacob Alcott Way #330, Attn: Sweepstakes Winner List. Requests must be received by June 30, 2025.
