1. Вступ
У цих Правилах та Умовах описано правила й положення випадкового відбору донорів, які беруть участь у акції "Допоможи Марку - Виграй Приз!" кампанія. Беручи участь у цій кампанії, ви погоджуєтеся дотримуватися цих Умов.
2. Прийнятність
Учасники повинні бути не молодше 18 років.
Учасники мають зробити пожертву на акцію "Help Mark! Допоможи Марку!" - https://secure.wayforpay.com/donate/helpLittleMark протягом зазначеного періоду пожертви.
3. Період дарування
Період пожертвувань для відповідності вимогам розпочався 18.06.2024 і закінчився 30.06.2024.
Пожертви, зроблені поза цим періодом, не будуть прийнятні для випадкового відбору.
4. Вступ і участь
Кожна пожертва, зроблена протягом періоду пожертвування, автоматично кваліфікуватиме донора для участі в процесі випадкового відбору.
Кожна пожертва, кратна 200 грн, буде вважатися багаторазовою, відповідно до кількості разів, коли 200 грн міститься в сумі пожертви.
Приклад: пожертва 600 грн буде вважатися 3 записами.
Дозволено кілька пожертвувань, і кожна пожертва вважатиметься окремою заявкою.
5. Процес випадкового відбору
Випадковий вибір переможців проводитиметься за допомогою методу випадкового відбору, який можна перевірити, щоб забезпечити справедливість і прозорість.
Розіграш відбудеться 01.07.2024.
Переможці отримають сповіщення за допомогою контактної інформації, наданої під час пожертви.
6. Призи
Конкретні призи для випадкового вибору детально описано на офіційному веб-сайті кампанії та в рекламних матеріалах.
Призи не підлягають передачі та обміну на готівку чи інші предмети.
7. Повідомлення та отримання призів
Переможців буде повідомлено протягом 3 днів після розіграшу.
Переможці повинні відповісти протягом 5 днів після сповіщення, щоб отримати свій приз.
Якщо переможець не відповість протягом зазначеного часу, він втрачає свій приз і буде обрано іншого переможця.
8. Використання особистої інформації
Особиста інформація, зібрана від учасників, використовуватиметься виключно для цілей кампанії та не буде передаватись третім сторонам без згоди.
Беручи участь, ви погоджуєтесь використовувати ваше ім’я та інформацію про пожертву в рекламних цілях, якщо вас буде обрано переможцем.
9. Загальні умови
Організатор залишає за собою право скасувати, призупинити або змінити кампанію, якщо шахрайство, технічні збої або будь-який інший фактор, що виходить за межі розумного контролю, порушує цілісність кампанії.
Рішення організатора є остаточними та обов’язковими для всіх питань, пов’язаних з кампанією.
10. Обмеження відповідальності
Організатор не несе відповідальності за будь-які технічні несправності, втрачені або затримані записи чи будь-які інші проблеми, які можуть вплинути на участь у кампанії.
Беручи участь, ви погоджуєтеся звільнити організатора від будь-яких претензій, пов’язаних із участю в кампанії або прийняттям, використанням або неправомірним використанням призу.
11. Застосовне право
Ці Умови регулюються та тлумачаться відповідно до законодавства України.

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the random selection of donors participating in the "Help Mark - Win the Prize!" campaign. By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. Random Selection Process
The random selection of winners will be conducted using a verifiable random selection method to ensure fairness and transparency.

6. Prizes
